Centerpiece of this cruise is our two-day spell in St. Petersburg, a privileged glimpse at treasures gathered from around the world. Such is the scale of the Hermitage Museum, budding curators could happily spend weeks in the city. Our guides will take you straight to a selection of the finest of these works of art. Also planned are calls at some of the Baltic's most charming capitals, home to treasures of their own – the Gamla Stan cobbles of old Stockholm or the futuristic edifices conjured by Finnish architect Alvar Aalto. You can also enjoy a day in Berlin from Warnemünde. This journey ends with a memorable crossing of the Jutland peninsula by way of the Kiel Canal, bound for East Anglia.
